Care Partners Home Health in Morgantown, a proud member of LHC Group is seeking a Full-time COTA to cover the Ohio County area

These services are provided under the supervision of an OT as required by regulatory agencies. Adhers to the department and hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Formal Education: Associate Degree or certification equivalentLicense, Registration, and / or Certification Requirement: YesEducation Requirements
  • Graduate, with a minimum of an Associate's Degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Assistant and successful completion of the National Registry exam.
  • Recent graduates who have applied for the registration exam may be considered for provisional appointment.
License Requirements
  • CPR Certification.
  • Current license in Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in state of employment.
License Desired
  • Membership or certification in national association, as applicable.
