The Executive Assistant of Governmental Affairs will provide executive assistance to the Company’s Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel, Vice President for Governmental Affairs (based in Washington, DC) and Director of Business Development (District of Columbia metro area and Maryland). This position will coordinate the assisted individuals’ schedules and assist in resolving scheduling conflicts. The incumbent will assist with political grassroots campaigns, fundraising campaigns, Company’s foundations, and maintaining the Company’s memberships with local, state and national trade associations.

Education & Experience


Educational Requirements

Baccalaureate degree preferred;

Experience Requirements

*

3+ years experience; or 2+ years administrative assistant or political experience preferred; working knowledge of Congressional office procedures strongly preferred.

Skill Requirements


* Strong interpersonal communication skills required

* Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize rapidly changing projects

*

Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
