Full Job Title: Systems Administrator - Lafayette
Administrators are responsible for the routine operation of enterprise-level systems. These systems form the foundation of LHC Group’s system architecture, and are vital to the continuity of business. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: performing routine maintenance tasks, executing necessary changes to system configurations, updating systems as necessary to remain within support lifecycles, and generating documentation of changing or emerging maintenance processes for the IT knowledge base. The System Administrator is the first point of escalation for support issues. This individual should be constructive in their ability to guide the problem-solving process and engage end-users and support staff to facilitate issue resolution. System Admins play a key role in the documentation of departmental knowledge, and should provide an example of methodical and documented problem resolution to the support staff.
